Note: These are rough meeting notes to help tech team to prepare their product requirements and solutioning
Context: We are building a solution (low code/ full code) for Lanstitut at the intersection of language training (mostly German) and talent mobility (job placements in Germany). The product roadmap should be in phases.
First we build the talent mobility where main user flow would be -
Recruiter signs up to the platform
Inputs their requirement to hire nurses for their hospital partners in a form
Receives an immediate list of curated qualified nurses matched by our AI system (where we have a continuous evaluation of candidates)
Selects from a list of recommendation for further processing
Schedules interviews in the web app
Confirms offer letters and profile goes for visa processing
Other part of the platform is for a candidate where the user flow would be -
Candidate (nursing student or practicing professional) signs up to the platform seeing our social media ads
Creates their profile and fills in their details of nursing experience
